一、海外配送地區

目前海外配送服務以 香港、澳門 為主。

二、付款方式

海外訂單僅支援信用卡付款。

  • 支援 VISA / Mastercard / JCB 信用卡

  • 不支援：

    • 美國運通卡（American Express）

    • 銀聯卡

    • ATM 轉帳、LINE Pay、超商貨到付款等其他付款方式

為確保交易安全與跨境作業順利，海外訂單恕不提供非信用卡之付款方式。

三、海外訂單不開立台灣發票

台灣電子發票僅適用於國內交易。
凡寄送至海外之訂單，恕不提供台灣電子發票或紙本發票。

海外顧客可使用訂單確認信、付款成功畫面或訂單明細作為付款憑證。

四、海外配送方式

海外訂單物流方式將依配送地區與包裹狀況安排，
本公司將視實際情況選擇 順豐速運（港澳）或中華郵政（國際郵寄） 進行配送。
若有指定物流需求，請於下單前聯繫客服確認。

海外訂單運費將依實際配送方式與地區計算。

若因以下原因導致包裹 ⚠️ 無法完成配送而退回，將視為配送未完成退回：

  • 收件人聯絡不上

  • 收件地址填寫錯誤或不完整

  • 超商取貨逾期未領

  • 宅配多次配送未成功

  • 收件人拒收

📌 退款金額 = 商品金額 − 實際物流運費成本

配送未完成而退回之訂單，退款時將 扣除實際產生之物流運費成本，包含：

  • 寄出運費

  • 退回運費（如物流公司有收取）

若訂單原本符合免運條件，仍將依 實際發生之物流費用 自退款金額中扣除。

五、海外寄送地址填寫提醒

海外寄送請務必填寫 ⚠️ 正確且完整的英文收件地址。
若因地址填寫錯誤或不完整，導致無法順利投遞、延誤或包裹退回，相關責任與費用須由收件人自行承擔。

六、關稅與清關費用

海外訂單可能依目的地國家規定產生關稅、進口稅或清關處理費，
相關費用皆由 收件人自行負擔，本公司無法代為處理或預估。

七、海外配送時間

  • 國際郵寄：約 7–21 個工作天（依清關狀況而異）

  • 國際快遞：約 2–7 個工作天

實際配送時間將依物流單位與目的地清關狀況為準。

2. Payment Method

International orders accept credit card payment only.

  • Accepted cards: VISA / Mastercard / JCB

  • Not accepted:

    • American Express

    • UnionPay

    • ATM transfer, LINE Pay, cash on delivery, or other local payment methods

This policy helps ensure secure and smooth cross-border transactions.

3. No Taiwan Invoice for International Orders

Taiwan electronic invoices are issued for domestic transactions only.
International orders will not be issued with a Taiwan electronic or paper invoice.

Order confirmation emails or payment records may be used as proof of purchase.

4. International Shipping Method

Shipping methods for international orders will be arranged based on destination and package conditions.
We will select either SF Express or Chunghwa Post (international postal service) as appropriate.
If you have a preferred shipping method, please contact our customer service before placing an order.

International shipping fees are calculated based on destination and shipping method.
🎁 Free shipping is available for Hong Kong and Macau orders over NT$3,000 (NTD), subject to applicable shipping options.

⚠️ Undeliverable Shipment & Return Policy

If a package is returned due to any of the following reasons and cannot be successfully delivered, it will be considered an undeliverable return:

  • The recipient cannot be reached

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to collect the package from the convenience store within the pickup period

  • Multiple unsuccessful home delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

📌 Refund Calculation
Refund Amount = Product Price − Actual Shipping Costs Incurred

For orders returned due to an undeliverable shipment, the refund will be deducted by the actual shipping costs incurred, including:

  • Outbound shipping fees

  • Return shipping fees (if charged by the carrier)

Even if the order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping costs incurred will still be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Shipping Address Notice

Please ensure that ⚠️ a complete and accurate shipping address in English is provided.
Any delivery failure or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information shall be borne by the recipient.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Delivery Time

  • Postal services: approx. 7–21 business days

  • Express couriers: approx. 2–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local logistics conditions.
